I would like to receive support (a few issues re set up of softsynth; number pad on windows not working; and import of MIDI by drag not working; but my support email received this response:

I didn't see another way to contact the team, despite clicking on the other link that I was presented with, which simply sent me to the zenaud.io home page. So I have posted here. I hope it is not a problem.
